The value marked an increase of 80.8% over the previous month of $20.91bn and a rise of 54.9% when compared with the last 12-month average of $24.4bn.
In terms of number of deals, the sector saw a drop of 22.81% with 176 deals in November 2021 when compared to the last 12-month average of 228 deals.
In value terms, North America led the activity with deals worth $27.76bn in November 2021.
