Australian developer Potter Group has proposed to build a 50-storey mixed-use skyscraper on Australia’s Gold Coast.

The 150m-tall development named Main Place will comprise of hotel-apartment-retail spaces.

The skyscraper’s design will include the integration of the light rail station and podium space at the ground level.

The scheme will accommodate residential apartments, a 173-bedroom four-star hotel and a business centre occupying one floor for office use, according to

The retail space will spill onto the pavements while the remodelled public space and green areas offer outdoor dining and rejuvenated pedestrian routes.

The white patterned façade will feature dark glazing and the corners of the tower’s balconies will have concave ends.

The main sides of the skyscraper will display contrasting convex curves in the middle.
