UK-based CPMG Architects has filed an outline application with the local council for a new mixed-use building in London, to be delivered to UK-based Oakhill Group.

The scheme is located at a site overlooking Nottingham Canal and the rail bridge of London Road.

The scheme includes 18,775m² of B1 office space, 1,928m² of retail space and 159 parking spaces, which will be arranged around a central courtyard, according to worldinteriordesignnetwork.com.

On gaining the council’s approval a detailed design will be mapped out by the practice.
