UK-based Zaha Hadid Architects has completed work on the undulating roof for the £251m Olympic Aquatics Centre in London, UK.

Work on the centre’s foundations began in July 2008, while March 2009 saw the installation of a 2,800t section of the roof.

The venue will undergo more works on the aluminium roof covering soon, while timber cladding works for the ceiling are expected to begin next year.
