UK-based practice Make Architects will design a new hotel-cum-resort in Montenegro.
The practice won a design competition, beating Foreign Office Architects, MVRDV and Heatherwick Studio.
The proposed scheme will include a hotel, residential apartments, leisure facilities, restaurants and bars and a treetop walkway on a cliff.
The design features three beacons at a height of 100m offering views of the Adriatic coast, while a fourth beacon is located in the sea and is linked by a cable car.
Several residential buildings are interspersed between the beacons.
Sheltered spaces are omnipresent at all leisure and spa facilities, which will be linked by a stream flowing from the hill and ending in a rock pool on the beach.
The stream will be equipped with a sustainable energy system to provide hydro power to the building.
