Woods Bagot has designed the Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP) for Qatar Foundation in Doha, Qatar.
The science park will be built on 123ha, integrated with the facilities of the Qatar Foundation.
The park also comprises a teaching hospital and a convention centre.
Over 115,000m² of development will be developed in phase I, which will include the 12,000m² Incubator Centre, which houses the administrative and business offices.
Two Information Transfer Centre buildings covering an area of 20,000m² also form part of the project.
The front side of the site is clad in a perforated aluminium veil that offers shade and links all the buildings in the science park.
