Long & Kentish Architects will revamp the Jewish Museum in London following a £10m overhaul.
The museum in Camden Town, London, will feature a recreation of an East End street, a tailor’s workshop, and rare and precious ceremonial objects.

The museum will also house four permanent galleries to detail the history of British Jews and will include a Holocaust gallery.
The Jewish museum has two London sites – Camden and Finchley. A Victorian factory building backing onto the Camden site has been acquired by the museum.
Long & Kentish had been selected to restore, renovate and link the two buildings to form a new museum containing a collection of Jewish ceremonial art and combining the Finchley collections dealing with Jewish life in Britain.
A number of temporary exhibitions are also being planned at the site.
