Plans by Glenn Howell Architects to design a mixed-use development near Canada Water tube station in London have been submitted to the planning council in the city.
As part of the project, a 26-storey residential tower, three lower courtyard blocks and a new plaza is planned.
The three private lower blocks have landscaped courtyards with access to streets linking the new plaza.
The 668 mixed-tenure apartments and town houses will be developed for Barratt Homes East London and British Land Canada Quays.
Construction work is expected to begin in January 2010.
