In Pushkin, a suburb of St Petersburg, YIT will construct the fourth phase of a residential area called Inkeri.

The fourth phase comprises four five-storey buildings housing 245 apartments with a total floor area of 10,500m², and some of the apartments are Transformers.

The development is located near the Tsar-era palaces and parks. It is also near several services and transport options.

In the city of Yekaterinburg, the company is constructing an apartment building complex, Suomen Ranta, which consists of five 14-25-storey apartment buildings with a total floor area of 62,500m². The premises will also include business premises and two parking facilities for 300 cars.

The total value of the project is approximately €67m, and is set to be completed in 2023.

It will be constructed in phases and under the €11m first phase, one of the two 25-storey tower blocks will be constructed at the edge of the site.
