Work begins on I Love Florence Tower in Dubai

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company, a real estate developer in the Middle East, has begun the construction for I Love Florence Tower project in Dubai.

The company has collaborated with Roberto Cavalli International Group to design the interiors of the real estate project.

GFG Group will carry out the foundation works for the I Love Florence Tower project. It will also lay the foundation of the project and take up excavation work for the site.
Dar Al Arkan intends to execute the project by striking a balance between design, high quality execution and timely delivery.

The company expects I Love Florence Tower to be a valuable addition to Business Bay in Dubai.

Strategically located in Business Bay, the tower will offer a water-view of the Dubai Canal and also gives the residents easy access to various popular lifestyle, fine-dining and social destinations.

The tower will be also close to the hub of Dubai’s major financial and business centres.

The residential tower comprises 38 floors with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and a select few get a private elevator as well.

The tower includes two Roberto Cavalli retail units, a lobby with designs by Roberto Cavalli, a U-shaped infinity swimming pool designed by Roberto Cavalli, and 50 parking spots for guests at I Love Florence Tower.

The GFG Group has completed several construction projects within and outside the UAE.
