Watercrest Senior Living Group and United Properties announce the completion of the new Watercrest Naples Assisted Living and Memory Care in Naples, Florida.

The assisted living place will soon welcome its founding residents to their new home, Watercrest Senior Living Group said.

Watercrest Naples is located at 9015 Bellaire Bay Drive, offering 96 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments with accommodations, resort-style amenities and world-class care.

Residents will benefit from the elegant Spa W, savour private label Watercrest wines at the bistro, while enjoying the locally grown, seasonal ingredients and organic fare at the place.

The architecture design boasts promenade, fireplace, signature water wall, multiple dining options, pool, salon and spa, grand balconies and Florida-style outdoor living spaces.

Watercrest claims to have uniquely designed Market Street Plaza that showcases an 'outdoor' streetscape with several LifeBUILT programming touches.

Watercrest Senior Living Group principal and CEO Marc Vorkapich said: “We are so appreciative of the outstanding support and enthusiasm the Naples community has shown for the development of Watercrest Naples.

“We join our partners, United Properties, in thanking everyone who contributed to this spectacular project as we prepare to welcome our founding residents in the coming weeks.”

Watercrest Naples is one of two senior living development projects, developed in partnership between Watercrest Senior Living Group and United Properties.

The second project Watercrest Sarasota Senior Living is currently under construction by Walker and Company and expected to open next year.

The place is only minutes away from sandy white beaches, and casually elegant shopping, dining and cultural venues.

Watercrest Senior Living Group was founded by CEO Marc Vorkapich and chief financial officer Joan Williams to provide quality in senior living that surpasses the regular standards of care and service.

The senior living communities of Watercrest are known for their aesthetics and exceptional amenities and world-class care and also for the services offered to seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia.
