Vizione Holdings wins $95m office construction contract

Vizione Holdings has secured a MYR401m ($94.7m) contract to construct four blocks of office suites on Jalan Sunway, Semenyih, Ulu Langat, Selangor in Malaysia.

Vizione said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that its subsidiary Wira Syukur accepted a letter of award from Paragon Hemisphere for the project.

The first phase of the project includes construction of two office blocks, rising 40 stories and 34 stories. Work on this phase is expected to be completed in 36 months. The second phase will include construction of a further two office blocks, rising 42 and 36 stories.  Construction work on this phase is slated to start on 1 May 2018.

Commenting on the contract, Vizione said: “It further enlarges the Group’s order book and is expected to provide a steady stream of revenue for the Group over the next four financial years ending 2018 to 2021.”
