Tottenham Hotspur has revealed plans for its mixed-use scheme on Goods Yard site at 44-52 White Hart Lane.

The site is currently being temporarily used for gravel and material storage. The project scope includes construction of up to 330 new homes including 40%affordable housing. The homes will be built around landscaped garden and courtyard spaces.

Moreover, the project includes construction of offices and retail space, as well as a public square. Work also involves renovation of the locally listed Station Master’s House.

“As the owners of the site and a genuine part of the local community with a long term stake in the success of the area, we are delighted to present these proposals for consultation. We have already delivered new homes, schools and community benefits for North Tottenham and the progress of our stadium scheme has seen over 1,000 jobs generated for local residents,” Tottenham Hotspur noted.
