Developers Rosewood Property and Patrinely Group have unveiled plans to build a 12-storey office tower in Rosewood's $1bn Heritage Creekside development at Bush Turnpike and Custer Road in Plano, Texas.
The new One Heritage Creekside office building, which is the first of five buildings in a corporate campus, will cover an area of 343,800 sq ft. The building is expected to open in 2019.
The 122-acre mixed-use Heritage Creekside development will also feature both residential and retail space. Plans are also on to build an additional 2.5 million sq ft of office space in the future.
Rosewood Property commenced development on the site three years ago. Currently, work is progressing on a restaurant park on site that is expected to open next year.
Rosewood Property president Bill Flaherty said: "Office tenants are looking for an integrated environment where they can work, live and play. We are already working with prospects for the building."
