Prestige wins $259m contract to develop Azizi Riviera Phase 3 in UAE

Prestige Constructions has been awarded a contract worth AED952m ($259.2m) by Azizi Developments for the construction of Phase 3 of Azizi Riviera in the UAE.

Under the contract, Prestige Constructions will build 13 mid-rise buildings with mixed heights of eight or 10 floors, which face the Dubai Canal and the boulevard. Construction of this phase will commence on 1 April 2018 and is set to be completed in the third quarter of 2019.

Azizi Riviera, in the heart of Dubai, will consist of residential units on the banks of the Dubai Canal or facing the boulevard. The units will offer residents a taste of contemporary living as well as retail and entertainment options.

It will also provide easy access to major landmarks, including Dubai Mall and Downtown Dubai.

Azizi Riviera, which is inspired by the French Riviera, comprises 69 mid-rise residential buildings consisting of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, an integrated retail district and a four and a five-star hotel.

Azizi Developments, the real estate investment arm of Azizi Group, is also developing Azizi Victoria, a community living project in Dubai, which is spread over a construction area of 33m ft² in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District 7.

It consists of 105 mid and high-rise residential buildings of 30,000 units of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, a retail district and two hotels.

Azizi Victoria incorporates themes and elements influenced by contemporary British culture and way of living.
