A joint venture between Moda Living and Apache Capital Partners has unveiled plans for a £145M apartment tower in Birmingham, UK.

The 37-storey tower, designed by Glenn Howells Architects, will include 450 apartments, 2,800sq m of communal space and 3,200sq m of retail, office and leisure space.

The project, to be located in Broad Street, will feature meeting rooms, fitness facilities, a sky lounge, a cinema and a roof terrace with a 200m running track.

Apache Capital Partners co-founder and managing director Richard Jackson said: “This prime site is perfectly placed in the heart of central Birmingham and will deliver a completely new standard of residence and lifestyle for the city centre rental market whilst also becoming part of the local community and supporting the city’s continued strong growth.

“Funding support from our institutional investors remains strong for our secured premium PRS development pipeline that we will own and operate for the long term.”
