Noble Investment breaks ground on dual-branded hotel in Midtown Atlanta, US

Noble Investment Group has broken ground on the Courtyard by Marriott & Element by Westin in Midtown Atlanta, US.

The dual-branded hotel, which is due to open in mid-2021, has a combined 282 guestrooms and suites. It claimed to be the first-ever combination of the Courtyard by Marriott and Element by Westin brands under one roof.

Noble said that the upscale hotels will be located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Peachtree Street and Ponce de Leon Avenue.

In a statement, Noble said: "Working collaboratively with the Department of City Planning and the Midtown Alliance, the hotel’s exterior was designed to blend with Midtown’s historic buildings and complement the existing character and depth of the district."

The new hotels will be located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Peachtree Street and Ponce de Leon Avenue.

The Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Midtown will feature casual décor, communal lobby spaces and modern conveniences, while the Element by Westin Atlanta Midtown will feature nature-inspired spaces, fully-equipped kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms and programs.

Midtown Atlanta has over 20 million ft² of office space and is said to be home to 16% of the total jobs in Atlanta, US.
Recently, Noble has broken ground on Element by Westin Nashville in the renowned West End neighbourhood of Nashville, Tennessee, in the US.

Planned to be opened in 2020, the hotel will be the brand’s debut in Nashville and forms part of the 19-acre mixed-use development, oneC1TY.

The Element by Westin Nashville will feature 175 guestrooms and suites, an outdoor terrace with an infinity pool, and street-level retail and dining.

The oneC1TY Nashville will include more than one million ft² of Class A office space, 100,000ft² of retail, and 600 multifamily units.

Based in Georgia, US, Noble makes income investments in upscale select service and extended-stay hotels affiliated with Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton and Intercontinental.
