Noble Investment Group, a specialist in the lodging and hospitality real estate sector, has broken ground on Element by Westin Nashville, a new hotel, in the West End neighbourhood of Nashville, Tennessee, US.

Noble said that the new hotel is expected to be the brand’s debut in Nashville, and is expected to be opened in 2020.

The new lifestyle hotel is planned to be constructed on a 19-acre mixed-use development, oneC1TY, and will be anchored by Vanderbilt University, three major medical centres, health care providers, corporate headquarters and Nashville’s famous Music Row.

OneC1TY Nashville includes more than 1m ft² of Class A office space, 100,000ft² of retail, and 600 multifamily units in a healthy environment which supports activated minds, bodies and souls.

The investment company said that the hotel will be prominently located in one of the fastest growing markets in the US.

The Element by Westin Nashville is expected to be LEED certified and will feature 175 guestrooms and suites, an outdoor terrace with an infinity pool, and street-level retail and dining.

Noble said that Element by Westin is part of Marriott International, and the brand’s longer stay comfort allows guests to ‘Stay in their Element’ through amenities such as complimentary healthy Rise breakfast and Relax evening reception, saline swimming pools, spacious fitness centres, Bikes to Borrow programme and electric vehicle charging stations.

In March 2017, Noble, along with Marriott International, broke ground on the $70m, five-storey hotel project what will be Marriott’s first combination of an AC and Moxy under one roof.

The new hotel is expected to be constructed on a full city block in Midtown Atlanta, a business district in the US and regional centre for music and arts. The hotel is expected to be opened in the middle of 2018.

The 133-room AC Hotel Atlanta Midtown is designed to have an entrance on 14 Street featuring guestrooms and suites with modern design elements, plush seating and multifunctional workspaces.
