Ballymore has launched Embassy Gardens, a mixed-use scheme in south London, UK, located around the new US Embassy in Nine Elms.
The development will feature around 2,000 new homes, more than 500,000ft² of office and workspace, new leisure facilities, a new health and well being centre and a hotel.

Embassy Gardens will also include 130,000ft² of retail, bar and restaurant space, landscaped gardens and a riverfront walkway between Embassy Gardens and Battersea Park.
The development will include 1,982 luxury suites, one and two bedroom apartments and three-bedroom penthouses.
Architectural firms Terry Farrell and Partners, Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, Allford Hall Monaghan Morris and FLACQ/Arup have designed Embassy Gardens.
Construction on the site started a year ago and the apartments are scheduled to be ready for occupancy in 2015.

By GlobalDataEmbassy Gardens forms the centrepiece of Nine Elms on the South Bank, master planned by architect, Terry Farrell.
Situated between Vauxhall in the east and Battersea in the west, Nine Elms is the final part of the development of the Southbank of the River Thames.
Farrell said that after the Square Mile to the east and Westminster to the west, the Southbank is Central London’s third city.
"At Nine Elms, we have the opportunity to extend the cultural realm of the Southbank still further, creating a new urban quarter for London and unlocking the potential of the complete south bank," Farrell said.
Total investment in the area is expected to reach £10bn.
