Developer Nakheel has invited proposals for piling and enabling works for PALM360, a two-tower luxury hotel and residential project on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.
At 260 metres, PALM360 will be the tallest building on Palm Jumeirah and comprise Raffles The Palm Dubai Hotel and Raffles Residences PALM360.
The project will also include the world’s largest, 155-metre sky pool, which will connect the two towers 170 metres above ground.
The hotel and residential complex will feature high-end dining outlets, including two rooftop restaurants, a waterside restaurant, a speciality restaurant and a specially-designed lobby lounge serving top-flight fare.
The luxury property will also offer direct access to a private beach and will feature a private beach club and children’s club.
PALM360, which will be located on Palm Jumeirah’s western crescent in 500,000ft of landscaped grounds, will offer all-round, unobstructed views of The Palm, the Arabian Gulf coastline and Dubai skyline.
Raffles The Palm Dubai Hotel will offer 125 rooms and suites as well as fitness and wellbeing facilities at the Raffles Spa, Health Club and tennis court.
Raffles Residences PALM360 will offer 331 residences for purchase, including 16 penthouses spanning up to 12,000ft², equivalent to four tennis courts.
Each penthouse will have its own infinity pool, gym and cinema.
Owners will be able to enjoy Raffles’ services, including concierge, private transportation and in-residence dining, in addition to global VVIP status through an exclusive Ownership Benefits Program.
PALM360 will be located close to Palm Jumeirah’s new attractions such as The Palm Promenade, The Pointe and Nakheel Mall, with Dubai’s key business and leisure hubs within easy reach.
A tender for the construction of PALM360 will be released in the third quarter of 2018 and the project is due for completion in 2021.
In March 2018, Nakheel called for ground preparation proposals for PALM360. These works pave the way for the construction of PALM360.
