Multiplex Constructions has bagged a mixed-use twin tower construction contract from the UAE-based Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa.

To be built on Jumeirah Beach Walk skyline in Dubai, the 77-floor twin tower development will have an effective built up area of approximately 257,000 sq m.

Multiplex has started mobilising resources for the construction of the mixed-use project, which will feature three basement levels, ground and podium levels, and 77 upper floors inclusive of the roof level.

The project will include Address Jumeirah Resort + Spa hotel featuring 217 rooms and suites, Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa serviced ‘La Dolce Vita’ inspired furnished apartments, and The Residences Jumeirah Dubai, Managed by Address, the unfurnished residential apartments.

The towers will also feature signature Address Spa facilities, high-end food & beverage outlets, retail and other lifestyle and entertainment amenities.

Multiplex managing director of Middle East Marcus Truscott said: “It is an honour to play such an important role in the construction of this iconic development.

“We look forward to working closely with the existing team to ensure the successful delivery of Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa.”

The project provides easy access to and from Jumeirah Beach Road and Sheikh Zayed Road and is only steps away from Dubai Tram and Dubai Metro.

Construction on the project is slated to commence this month and is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
