
The construction unit of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has bagged contracts worth $204m across various business verticals.
The company’s power transmission and distribution unit has won contracts valued a total of $147.3m. These include a major contract for an electrification upgrade in the Middle East.
L&T subsidiary Larsen & Toubro (Oman) has received a contract from Oman Electricity Transmission Company for an additional third and fourth transformer unit of 132/33kV, 125 MVA at Madinat Barka and Al Khadra Grid Stations.
In addition, the heavy civil infrastructure unit of L&T has won a $56.6m contract from an ongoing metro job in the international market.
