LGIM Real Assets and Mitsubishi Estate London have broken ground on a £200m office project at 245 Hammersmith Road in London.
The property, which includes a basement, ground and 11 upper floors, will also feature retail space, public plaza and an urban park.
The 250,000 sq ft project has been designed by Sheppherd Robson and will be executed by Lendlease. Mitsubishi Estate London and LGIM Real Asset are equal stake partners in the scheme.
The project will incorporate various sustainable features with an aim to receive the BREEAM “Excellent” rating and will look to positively contribute to its community during and following completion of the construction work.
