Jacobs secures contract for Los Angeles International Airport

Jacobs Engineering Group has secured a professional services prime contract for project and construction management from Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA).

The seven-year contract will support the Landside Access Modernization Program, Airline/Tenant Improvement Program and Capital Improvement Program at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Jacobs’ scope of work includes planning, project, construction and design management, construction logistics and impact analysis, staff training and development, change management, and environmental reporting.

Bob Pragada, Jacobs president of buildings, infrastructure and industrial, said: "Jacobs has partnered with Los Angeles World Airports for the past 15 years, delivering both airside and landside projects.
