Inox Wind wins new contracts worth $300M

Indian wind energy solutions provider Inox Wind has won contracts from several customers for the supply and installation of 350MW wind turbine generators.

The cumulative orders are valued at more than INR20bn ($300.6M), and are anticipated to be commissioned by March 2017.

The scope of the contracts will include supply and commissioning of wind turbines along with multi-year operations and maintenance agreements. The turnkey projects will be located in Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka.
Inox Wind CEO Kailash Tarachandani said: “We are honoured to receive these fresh orders from our existing customers. The orders bear testimony to the company’s strong customer focussed approach and the versatility and reliability of Inox Wind’s turbines.
