Hochtief wins €84m contract to build office complex in Poland

Hochtief Polska has bagged a €84m contract from Vastint Poland to build an office park in Wroclaw, Poland.

The project will include the construction of six buildings, for which Hochtief will act as the general contractor. Slated to be completed by November 2019, the building will be constructed as per the LEED Platinum standard.

Under the terms of the agreement, Hochtief will construct a 15-storey high-rise and five 7-storey buildings on a total area of more than 130,000 sq m in Wroclaw.

Additionally, an underground car park will be provided for each building with a total capacity for 1,100 cars.

Hochtief Polska CEO Henryk Liszka said: “We are delighted to be able, with this contract, to continue the successful cooperation with our client Vastint for whom we already realized a similar large-scale project in Warsaw from 2011 to 2016. Poland is a successful and strategically important market for Hochtief.”
