GWL Realty Advisors has broken grounds on Vancouver Centre II, a 33-storey AAA office tower in downtown Vancouver, Canada.
Located at 753 Seymour Street, the 371,000 sq ft is being developed by GWL Realty Advisors on behalf of the project owners, which includes The Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan, the Great-West Life Real Estate Fund, and London Life Real Estate Fund.
Designed by Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership, the Vancouver Centre II tower will connect with Scotia Tower using light-filled lobby atrium.
The building, which is expected to open in summer 2021, will feature 29th Floor Skyline Rooftop Deck and a private, a fitness facility and yoga studio with change-rooms, showers, and end-of-trip cycling facilities.
