Forrest to build twin residential towers in Manchester

UK-based contractor Forrest has won a contract to build two residential towers for developer Elliott Group in Manchester [pictured], UK.

The project, known as The Residence, will feature 300 apartments in Salford divided between a 15-storey and a 34-storey tower. It is the maiden project of Elliott Group in Manchester.

Groundwork on the site has commenced and the project is scheduled to be complete in 2018.

The professional team on the project includes: Clancy, which is serving as the structural engineer, Abacus as the M&E designer and the Manchester studio of Falconer Chester Hall, which is the project architect.
