Emaar Properties unveils Vida Za’abeel hotel project in Dubai

Emaar Properties hospitality and leisure subsidiary Emaar Hospitality has unveiled Vida Za’abeel, a new hotel project in Dubai, UAE.

Located centrally in Za’abeel, the new hotel expands the company’s portfolio of hotel projects under its Vida Hotels and Resorts brand.

The hotel, which is a mixed-use development by Emaar and Meraas, will feature world-class residences, commercial offices, hotels and leisure attractions.

Emaar Hospitality Group CEO Olivier Harnisch said: “As a homegrown brand offering a refreshingly different experience for the new generation of business executives, entrepreneurs and leisure travellers, Vida Hotels and Resorts have set a distinctive niche in Dubai’s hospitality sector.

The Vida Za’abeel will have direct views of the Dubai Frame, the new attraction in the city, as well as entire view of vistas of the city including Burj Khalifa in Downtown Dubai, and the upcoming, Dubai Creek Tower in Dubai Creek Harbour.

Planned to be operated by Vida Hotels and Resorts, the Vida Za’abeel will be twin-tower development with 70 and 68 storeys.

The project will also comprise a 220-room Vida Za’abeel hotel and Vida Residences Za’abeel, a collection of serviced apartments. The hotel and serviced residences will be operated by Vida Hotels and Resorts, reported Construction Week Online.

The Vida Za’abeel hotel comprises restaurants choices and other amenities while Vida Residences Za’abeel will feature amenities including gyms, multi-purpose halls, and indoor kids play areas, opening out to landscaped terraces.

The residential and hotel will also comprise courts, gardens and pools, as well as about 3,000m2 of retail space, including a supermarket.
