Eiffage wins €190m order to build new BNP Paribas Fortis’ HQ in Brussels

Eiffage Group subsidiaries, Eiffage Benelux and Eiffage Construction, have secured a contract valued at €190m from BNP Paribas Fortis to construct new headquarters in Brussels.

The contract has been awarded after an initial phase of project optimisation by an integrated team including the project owner, the design team and Eiffage.

The new “Montagne du Parc” headquarters will cover a total area of 100,000 sq m accommodating 4,500 workstations. It will be in line with the latest high environmental and high energetic performances criteria.

Eiffage said that the sustainable building is expected to offer optimal interior layout flexibility while meeting all of BNP Paribas Fortis’s ecological, economic, aesthetic and social requirements.

Work on the project is set to commence in early August 2017, with completed scheduled for June 2021.

Eiffage focuses on the construction industry, real estate development, civil engineering, metallic construction, road construction, energy and concessions in France and internationally.
