UK-based construction firm Crest Nicholson has secured approval to deliver the £100M Brightwells regeneration scheme in Farnham, Surrey.
The mixed-use development will feature 239 homes — 167 private homes and 72 homes under the Shared Ownership project to be purchased by Thames Valley Housing.
The development will include new shops, restaurants, leisure and community facilities, including a cinema. It will also involve the restoration of the Grade II listed Brightwells House.
Crest Nicholson will deliver the project over the next three years, creating 400 jobs during the construction work.
