Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) has been selected by developer Yuhu Group (Australia) to design and build a $250M residential development in North Sydney, Australia.
The project, known as the Miller, will include a 21-storey residential tower featuring 100 serviced apartments and 169 residential apartments, ranging from studios through to four-bedroom flats.
It will offer separate lobbies for both the residential and serviced apartments and five levels of basement car parking.
The Miller, designed by architect PTW, will also feature a rooftop deck and garden space.
Yuhu Group chairman Xiangmo Huang said: “Richard Crookes Constructions shares our vision and given the company’s outstanding track-record over more than four decades, we consider them an ideal partner for a project that will both enhance North Sydney and offer a great lifestyle for residents.”
Early works on the project site have been completed. The tower is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2019.
