
A joint venture of Arabian Construction Company (ACC) and UK-based construction firm Kier has secured a $187M order to construct a residential project in Dubai.
The new development, which forms part of the Nshama’s Town Square development, includes two 11-storey buildings, featuring 1,496 apartments, retail space and leisure facilities.
According to Kier, the project will be financed with the support of the UK Export Finance.
The 2.9M sq m Town Square development will feature 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments, as well as retail, hospitality and commercial space.
