DAMAC Properties has announced that its Sharia-compliant Ghalia tower in Jumeirah Village Circle, UAE, has entered the last stages of completion.
The one-million ft2 property features 727 furnished luxury apartments.
Designed to operate in an alignment with the principles of Sharia, Ghalia will provide separate leisure amenities such as separate dining facilities, gymnasium and swimming pools to residents and visitors.
DAMAC Properties general operations manager Ali Sajwani said: “Ghalia is a special project for DAMAC, as the tower offers residents the option to have their furnished apartments fully serviced.”
“Furthermore, Ghalia caters to our growing Muslim customers who are seeking luxury living that also complies with Sharia laws. DAMAC strives to provide dream homes and unique living concepts for customers from around the world, and we are thrilled to be completing the tower in 2018, with the handover of units starting near the end of the year.”
Ghalia will also offer a mix of one, two and three-bedroom furnished apartments, as well as meet the increasing demand for Sharia-compliant luxury living.
