Carlsberg to have new HQ building

Per Aarsleff, a Danish civil engineering and construction company, has secured an order to construct the Carlsberg Group's new headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.

To be located on the outskirts of the Carlsberg City District, the four-storey office building will have an area of 15,500 sq m plus about 7,700 sq m of underground parking facilities.

The Aarsleff Group’s company Wicotec Kirkebjerg will carry out the technical installations for the project.

EKJ Rådgivende Ingeniører is the client consultant, Alectia will serve as consulting engineer, C. F. Møller will act as the consulting architect, and Rambøll will be responsible for the construction management, and health and safety coordination.

Construction work is set to commence at the end of February 2017 and is expected to be complete in summer 2019.
