Azizi Developments, a real estate developer based in Dubai, has begun construction of Azizi Victoria in the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District Seven.
Azizi Victoria, spread over 33 million ft², comprises 105 mid and high-rise residential buildings of 30,000 residential units, a retail district and two hotels.
The buildings, housing apartments, retail establishments, restaurants and hotels, will be mixed-use constructions of G+8, G+15 and G+30 floors.
Facilities such as educational institutions, retail establishments, hospitality, and outdoor recreation spaces will also be constructed as part of the project.
The project will be completed in four phases, with first phase scheduled for May 2019 and second in July 2019.
Azizi Victoria will have themes and elements depicting contemporary British culture and way of living.
With Contemporary Freestyle architecture and touches of Postmodern, the Azizi Victoria design will reflect the Southern European clustered-town configuration and some high-street features specific to British Georgian downtowns.
The project is situated south of Meydan One and west of The Meydan Hotel and is in close proximity to the Meydan One Mall and Azizi Riviera projects being constructed by Azizi Developments.
Azizi Developments has developed Azizi Riviera Phase one and two canal-facing projects in Meydan One, which were sold.
