Saudi Arabia-based real estate developer Abdul Latif Jameel Land has broken ground on Dari Q residential complex in Jeddah.

Located in Al Salamah District, North Jeddah, the Dari Q development comprises 158 premium apartments with integrated community amenities.

Said to be the company's third residential project in Jeddah, the Dari Q development will feature two buildings, divided into four distinct quarters including two-bedroom apartments having 3-floorplan options.

Additionally, the community-focused complex will have three-bedroom properties with 7-floorplan options; and the expansive four-bedroom homes with 3-floorplan options. This leads to a total of 13 different floorplans on offer, Abdul Latif said.

Abdul Latif Jameel chairman and CEO Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel said: “Abdul Latif Jameel Land continues its pioneering approach to residential development with the launch of Dari Q.

"Building on the success of community-focused living in Jeddah’s J-ONE and Gallery N, we are proud to begin development of this third incredible residential property in Saudi Arabia.

"Dari Q is another proud step as we continue to support residential development and housing ownership goals identified in Saudi Vision 2030, and remain committed to offering community-focused solutions to residential demand in the market.”

The development will also comprise retail outlets, rooftop gardens, a rooftop swimming pool, gymnasium, outdoor seating areas, multipurpose yard (with soccer, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts), a games room, a ballroom with seating for up to 90 guests, and a guest lounge.

Abdul Latif plans to complete the construction of the project in 18 months.

In April 2018, Abdul Latif Jameel Land launched its first residential project J|ONE in the Al Salamah area in the north west of Jeddah.

With a built up area of 64,000m², the J|ONE development comprises 242 premium apartments with integrated community amenities.

It offers an eco-friendly residential option, with shared facilities such as outdoor pools, a health club, a home theatre, café, luxurious lounge, a gaming room, daycare nursery, beauty salon and mini-market.
