Emaar Properties will construct the Middle East’s largest Chinatown in the retail district of Dubai Creek Harbour to honour Chinese expatriates and strengthen UAE-China relations, coinciding with the visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to the UAE.Dubai Creek Harbour, a 6km² mega-development, is located only 10 minutes from the Dubai International Airport and the Burj Khalifa.The retail precinct will be established in a central location in Dubai Creek Harbour, which will be home to the Dubai Creek Tower.Set by the Dubai Creek waterway, homes in Dubai Creek Harbour will offer spectacular views of the city’s skyline, the waterfront and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.Emaar will also open three pavilions in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou in China to promote tourism, education, trading and investment between the UAE and China.
