Owens Corning Roofing launches new range of shingles
1 February 2012US-based Owens Corning Roofing & Asphalt has launched an advanced shingles range called TruDefinition Duration Series Shingles.
The TruDefinition Duration Series Shingles have been launched in bold colour and contrast. The shingles have been engineered with patented SureNail Technology, which render it an outstanding performance against the elements of the nature. SureNail Technology features a tough, woven engineered reinforcing fabric in the nailing area, which makes the installation of the shingles fast, easy and consistent. It has a unique triple layer design that offers superior fastener holding power and assist the shingles to withstand winds up to 130-mph. The SureNail Technology facilitates installation of shingles using only four nails per shingle, which brings about lesser deck penetration. The TruDefinition Duration Series is offered in three variants, namely TruDefinition Duration Shingles, TruDefinition Duration Designer Colors Collection Shingles and TruDefinition Duration STORM Shingles. The company is offering a limited lifetime warranty and wind warranty coverage of 130-mph on the series.
