Hilton to build DoubleTree by Hilton in Indonesia
31 January 2012Hilton Worldwide has announced plans to open a new hotel under its DoubleTree brand in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The 261 guest-room hotel will be called DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta-Diponegoro. The new hotel will be located along Jalan Pegangsaan Timur in Central Jakarta and will be in close proximity to Jakarta’s key commercial zone and posh Jalan Diponegoro area. The new hotel will be a 15-storey building that will offer an all-day dining restaurant and a bar. The hotel will also have a business center, health club, a well-designed spa facility, an outdoor pool, a ballroom and car parking facilities. The hotel's design will reflect an urban-resort concept, and will feature extensive landscaping. Hilton worldwide has signed a management agreement with PT Nurtirta Nusa Lestari for the overall management of the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta-Diponegoro. The new Hilton in Indonesia mark's Hilton's third brand in the country.
