Greater Valley Group to construct SIP homes in two communities in Alabama

These energy-efficient homes will be constructed at Quail Run, a new master-planned community with extensive amenities, and at Riverside Estates, a new golf course community featuring a full-fledged, 18-hole golf course. Southern Place Homes, the building arm of GVG, will build the Hampton floor plan at Quail Run. The 3,037 square feet, two-story house plan includes four bedrooms, three full baths and a finished bonus room. The Kendrick Model will be the featured SIP home at Riverside Estates. The 2,929 square feet home includes four bedrooms, including a main-level master suite, three-and-a-half baths, and a finished bonus room.
