Godrej launches next phase of Godrej Platinum scheme in Mumbai
26 October 2012India-based real estate developer, Godrej Properties Limited, in partnership with Godrej & Boyce, has launched a new phase of the Godrej Platinum scheme in Mumbai, India.
The latest phase of Godrej Platinum scheme will deliver third tower of the scheme, which will offer 28 habitable floors.
The residential units at the new tower will be a mix of two, three and four bedroom apartment, which will vary in carpet area in the range of 843 square feet to 1,762 square feet.
Once completed, Godrej Platinum will be equipped with a clubhouse that would include a swimming pool, an aerobics studio, a gymnasium, a library, a tennis court, an indoor games area and a kid's play area.
Located at Vikhroli, Mumbai, the Godrej Platinum is a residential scheme and is among the first residential projects in the country to receive IGBC - Platinum precertification.
The project also includes host of sustainable elements such as a well-planned building orientation to reduce heat gain effect, double glazed windows for thermal and sound insulation, solar water heating system and a sewage treatment plant.
The project has also utilized low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) paints, water-efficient fixtures and landscaping with facilities for rainwater harvesting. Furthermore, almost 10% of all the parking space features electric charging points.
