Frontier Management has broken ground on The Landing at Augusta Woods, a new luxury senior housing community in Spring, Texas.
Located at 7727 August Pines Dr. Spring, TX 77389, the project is a 120-suite active retirement and assisted living community that is scheduled to be open in early 2021.

The project is a120 mixed apartments providing 75 over-sized suites for retirement living in a two-storey building along with 45 spacious apartment suites for assisted living in a single-story building.

Frontier Management has selected Regent Construction as the General Contractor, Jeffrey DeMure & Associates as the architect, while financing has been provided by UCB.
In August 2019, the company has been selected by Advocacy Development Partners to operate Terraces at Via Verde – A Memory Care Community, a luxury senior housing community in San Dimas, California.
The community is a two secure 15,000ft² neighbourhoods with 16 suites. All suites will feature walk in showers, nurse call/emergency alarm systems, individual thermostat controls and nine-foot high ceilings.
