UAE-based Emaar Development has broken ground on Arabian Ranches III, the latest phase of the premium gated villa community in Dubai, UAE.
Emaar said that Arabian Ranches III is an extension of Dubai’s Arabian Ranches destination, and has set a record sell-out response from investors and homebuyers with its first two neighbourhoods SUN and JOY.
In addition, Arabian Ranches III is set to increase the happiness and well-being of its residents, in compliance with its slogan ‘Find Your Happy’, said Emaar.
The residential venture is provided with a lazy river, sports courts, kids splash pads, a clubhouse, a central park and a retail area, among numerous other family-friendly amenities.
Arabian Ranches III also features a central park, which is planned to be stretched across 30,000m2 with a central plaza, lawns, adventure zones, a parkour course, a skate park, barbeque areas, a gymnasium, jogging tracks and a cricket pitch.
The residential venture is also provided with a choice of small parks with children’s playgrounds, and a 4km long boulevard, a mosque, schools and healthcare facilities nearby.
Once completed, the Arabian Ranches III is expected to offer a direct connection to the 86km long Al Qudra Cycling Track, along with the 42m wide boulevard loop in the centre of the community, promoting a healthy, pedestrian-friendly lifestyle.
Emaar Properties managing director Ahmad Al Matrooshi said: “We are thrilled to commence construction on this remarkable new extension of our highly successful Arabian Ranches. How great is to have a large central park, private gardens, top-of-the-line amenities and sports for everyone – all in one place?
“We are particularly proud of the fact that Arabian Ranches III will be a haven for families and children, with man-made rivers, hammock areas, outdoor pools and a cinema, playgrounds, a tree house, and much more. We will soon be announcing a new opportunity for investors in what we believe will be Dubai definitive family community.”
Arabian Ranches is located half an hour away from downtown Dubai, Dubai International Airport, Al Maktoum International Airport and the Expo 2020 Dubai site.
