Eco Building Products awarded framing contract to build apartment in US
17 August 2012US-based manufacturer of treated wood products Eco Building Products, Incorporated has been awarded the lumber and labor framing contract to build "The West End Apartments" in Los Angeles, US.
The new apartment will be of four-storey and consists of 40 units specified as mixed-use apartment complex incorporating Eco Red Shield protection. The Company has been aggressively marketing the Eco Red Shield product, coupled with the services of E Build & Truss, targeting the multi-family, mixed-use projects, which are on the rise in the recovering construction market.
Having completed one five storey, mixed-use project, and in the process of another multi-story project in San Diego, the Company has leveraged our turn-key vertical plan, creating primary demand for our lumber protection into the Los Angeles market.

Construction is located next to the 405 Freeway and 10 freeway interchange creating a great four story billboard using all red lumber.
