CSCI to develop housing project in China
8 July 2010China State Construction International Holdings Limited (CSCI) has recently secured a relocation housing project in China.
The housing project is located in Dongli District of Tianjin, China and the company would work on it under the Build – Transfer model. The total cost of the contract is HKD1.4 billion ($180 million).
As per the contract, CSCI would construct the two sections of the project in the next two years and the total ground floor area of the project would span across 500,000 square meters.
China State Construction International Holdings Limited, the construction flagship of China Overseas Holdings Limited, is a vertically integrated construction firm engaged in building construction and civil engineering operations as well as other peripheral operations such as foundation work, site investigation, mechanical and electrical engineering, highway and bridge construction, concrete and pre-cast production.
