Crossland Construction to refurbish Tulsa Marriott Hotel in Oklahoma
10 July 2012Crossland Construction Company is set to commence construction work on at the Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills in Tulsa, Oklahoma on 16 July 2012.
The project involves renovation of the hotel lobby, which includes addition of a restaurant day bar that then transforms to a full cocktail bar in the evening. This space, known as known as the Tallgrass Grille and will feature bar and private dining in an atmosphere that highlights keynotes from Oklahoma's revered Tallgrass Prairie Reserve.
US-based GH2 Hospitality Architects is integrating the area with new features such as communal tables and gathering spaces for working and socializing.
The creative services of Cubic, another local Tulsa agency, have been retained for logo design of the Tallgrass Grille. Cubic will also manage the introductory events for the hotel's new lobby in 2013. Work on the project is expected to complete in early 2013, and the official debut of the renovation is anticipated for March 2013.
